Sydney’s Event Photography and Videography FAQs
How will you access our photos?
After your event, our post-production team will edit all your photos and ensure they are uploaded online. This way, you can easily view and download high-resolution JPEG images when you are ready
What is your rate?
Our rates are based on several factors; length of your event, number of photographers and videographers, location of your event, the size of the event, how many guests, which equipment will we need and how are you going to use your photos and video for. Please contact us, so we can discuss the details of your project and we will put together a comprehensive proposal for your review.
Are you familiar with Sydney’s popular event venues?
Absolutely! We have documented countless events at most of Sydney's international hotels, such as Sofitel Darling Harbour, Crown Sydney, Hilton Sydney, InterContinental Hotel, Pier One Hotel, as well as major event venues like ICC Sydney,
Dolton House, and the Sydney Opera House.
Do you need us to provide a list of specific shots you'd like us to capture in photos or film?
That would be great. While we have the experience to capture key moments, it would also be helpful if you could share your event's run sheet with us. This way, we can ensure we're aware of all the scheduled activities on the day.
How quickly will you receive your photos?
We'll provide you with a complete set of beautifully edited high-resolution images within a week if you need them ASAP. If you require even faster delivery, please don't hesitate to chat with us.

We specialize in a wide range of events, including corporate conferences, gala dinners, product launches, private parties, weddings and more. If you have a specific event in mind,
