Raw footage and additional content, such as interviews, panel discussions, or transcripts, are not included in the package but can be purchased separately as an optional add-on.
The two complimentary edits are intended to enhance the original video, not to create entirely new content. For example, this could include adjusting the timing of certain shots, modifying background music, or reordering clips for smoother storytelling. If you have specific editing requests, please let us know before the event.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we kindly request a run sheet outlining the event schedule. If you have any specific preferences for the highlight video editing, please let us know prior to the event. As part of our service, we offer two complimentary rounds of edits, which can only be applied to the original highlight video we deliver, not to the creation of an entirely new video. This ensures we stay within scope and deliver the final product efficiently. Additionally, if possible, providing a designated parking spot for our team will help us arrive on time and set up promptly, especially for events held in the Sydney CBD. This allows us to focus on capturing every moment of your event seamlessly.
13. How do we book your services?
To book our services, we’ll email you our online booking form , where you can review and agree to our terms and conditions. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your event date, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to the event. Once we receive your deposit and confirmation, we’ll begin planning and preparing to ensure everything runs smoothly for your event.
