How do we access our photos and videos,
and what file formats are they in?
After your event, our dedicated post-production team meticulously edits both your photos and videos to meet our high standards of quality. Your finalised photos will be promptly uploaded online, allowing you to easily view and download high-resolution JPEG format when you're ready. Additionally, your videos will be delivered in MOV format, ensuring optimal playback quality and compatibility with various devices. We also provide the option to purchase raw footage and raw files as an additional service.
What types of events do you cover?
We specialise in a wide range of Sydney events, including corporate conferences, gala dinners, product launches, international events, private parties, expos, weddings, corporate headshots and more. If you have a specific event in mind, feel free to contact us to discuss your needs.
How many rounds of edits do you offer
for our event video?
We offer two complimentary rounds of edits
after the initial delivery of the videos. The edits are intended to refine the original video and should not be considered an opportunity to create entirely new content. For example, this could include adjusting the timing of certain shots, modifying background music, or reordering clips for smoother storytelling. If you have specific editing requests,
please let us know before the event.
What is your rate?
Starting at $250 per hour per professional, Our rates align with Sydney's standard for event photography and videography. Our pricing is tailored to suit your specific needs, taking into account various factors such as the duration of your event, the number of photographers and videographers required, event venue, size, guest count, equipment needs, format file types, and intended usage of the photos and videos. Are you familiar with Sydney’s popular event venues?
Absolutely! We have documented countless events at most of Sydney's international five hotels, such as Sofitel Darling Harbour, Crown Sydney, W Sydney, Hilton Sydney, InterContinental Hotel, Pier One Hotel, as well as major event venues like ICC Sydney, Doltone House, Taronga Centre, MCA, the Sydney Opera House and much more.
Do you provide raw files or raw footage?
We offer both raw files and footage for purchase if needed. Please note that these are not included in our standard packages or quotations and will incur an additional charge. Our packages or quotations include only one highlight video for videography and high-resolution JPEG images.
How quickly will we receive our photos and videos?
We ensure timely delivery of your meticulously edited high-resolution images within two weeks of your event. Similarly, our professional video editing ensures timely completion, with finished videos typically available within the same timeframe. If you require expedited delivery, we offer an express post-production service that can accommodate your timeline within five working day for an additional fee.
Are you open to further edits after receiving
the final photos?
We offer the first round of revisions complimentary
for photography, with additional charges applicable thereafter.
Do you need us to go over the details of the event that you would like us to capture?
While we have extensive experience and a good understanding of what to capture, we would appreciate receiving the run sheet to ensure we cover all the key moments of your event.
